Week 2 is upon us and RTR is rolling right along! Despite finals week and snow days trying to freeze our momentum, we powered through and made some awesome progress on the Rebuilt challenge.
Our Design subteam worked on the CAD for our Bravo robot and our Demo robot, Helix. They also worked on handing the designs over to our fabrication subteam.

The Fabrication subteam flipped the spoil board this week and worked on cutting and making parts for our subsystem prototypes.

This week in Programming, our team worked on the drivebase. They calibrated the robot's wheels, meaning the drivebase can now move and is being fine-tuned for driving.

The Assembly team met the goal of 4 more swerve modules and assembled the first part of the Beta robot's chassis. They also completed both the shooter and intake prototypes.

This week, the Electrical subteam rewired our Alpha bot and tested the LEDs in our field. They attached LEDs around the Hub, so we can practice with active and inactive periods.

Our Strategy subteam worked on planning scouting strategies across all game periods. They also came up with ideas on counting the Fuel scored during the game.
The Business and Awards subteams continued working on their Impact presentation, finally perfecting it. They also filled out the applications for the Woodie Flowers Award, submitting our amazing mentors, Mrs. Olson and Mrs. Palm!

RTR would like to give a shout-out to the local restaurant, Georgie Porgies, which donated a lunch of delicious burgers and fries to our team! It was a well-appreciated workday pick-me-up. We would also like to thank all of our sponsors and mentors!
