Week 6 has come and gone and RTR is gearing up for the start of competition season, which is being kicked off by our first competition this year, the Sussex scrimmage. Our robot reveal night is also fast approaching, so make sure you mark your calendars!!

This week, Safety worked on the safety plan for Sussex, updated the safety information for the team, and went over the procedure for our new safety cards.
Design finished CADing KitBot, held a design review and started improvements on Atlas, and finalized parts list (BOMs).
Assembly worked on the bumpers, updating the robot cart, installing KitBots battery box and building its intake. They also worked on testing new Spindex and index assemblies, removing the climber and modifying Beta bot.

Programming tuned Beta bots subsystems and drivebase. They also worked on documentation that we take to competitions

Electrical worked on testing batteries for upcoming competitions, taking apart Alpha bot, and gathering parts for Atlas.
Strategy has worked on training scouters for upcoming competitions and started a scouting cheat sheet for competition.

Fabrication cut parts for KitBot and Beta bot, created a Heat Sink for the limelight, trained people on 3D printing, and fixed a 3D printer.
Thank you so much mentors, families, and sponsors! All of this would not be possible without your continuous support of our team.
