Fail early, fail often, but always fail forward.

John C Maxwell is an American author, speaker, and pastor who has written many books, primarily focusing on leadership said, “Fail early, fail often, but always fail forward.”. Our team learned this lesson this week when we discovered a significant assembly problem with out drivetrain this weekend. We must have these parts remanufactured and reassemble them later this week. Although this puts us behind schedule, we will use our damaged drive train as the test bed for our shooter and climber so our manipulator teams will continue to move forward at full speed. We did have many positives this week including a visit from some future team members, wins from all of our manipulator teams and we officially named our 2022 competition robot.
